In accordance with Distance Selling legislation, we accept returns of unused, unopened, and resellable items within 14 days from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the goods. We process refunds on a daily basis, but please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account due to the banks' processing time.

Change or Cancel Orders

For advice regarding order changes or cancellations, please contact our Customer Services team between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order number ready. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our Returns procedure in case of unwanted products.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, please either refuse to accept it or report the damage immediately. In the unlikely event of a damaged parcel, you must report it to us within 24 hours via phone or email. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue.

Other Information

No right of cancellation, refund, or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations once you have used the product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for that reason.
